Scallop and glasses and pearls, oh my!

If my love affair with all things scallop hasn't been apparent to you, check out this and this post! Aside from this delicate detail, I was also drawn to the cheery Spring-y color of this sweater. One of my fave pieces of clothing for work are thin merino wool sweaters, such as this one. If your office is anything like mine, it's at a constant temperature of cold. So the wool keeps me warm, but is thin enough for my commute without getting overheated. I paired this top with my most recent vintage find (Bargain District in Brooklyn) to add that touch of class that pearls always invoke. And the glasses? I wear them on days when I need to be taken seriously ;)

One quick note on the glasses. Because of my low nose bridge, I was beyond excited when I found these at Warby Parker. They stay on my face just perfectly and are super comfy. And I mean, how can you go wrong with black and gold?? You can't.

Outfit Details:

Glasses: Warby Parker (Tansley), $145 w/lens. Because I am super blind, I had the high index lenses put in which was an extra $30. So worth it.

Pearl Necklace: Vintage, Bargain District (Brooklyn). I follow this account on IG and when I found myself in Brooklyn, I had to pay a visit. The store owner is the sweetest!

Merino Scallop Crew Pullover: Banana Republic (lilac), $41 (sale).

Essential Skinny Ankle Pants: Loft, $69.50. Save $25, no code needed.
